In the unlikely event that the decision is made to dismiss students before the end of the day, radio and TV stations will be notified, and calling trees will be activated to inform parents directly.

If a tornado warning is in effect, parents should not send children to school. If the warning comes while school is in session, appropriate protective measures will be instituted by school personnel.

Additional PTO Note:

When checking the television for school closings,

remember CUSD 220 is a Lake County School district.
